A:

Depending on what the project is, usually there is a 3 - 6 week timeframe before your project can begin.  If custom products are ordered, it usually takes 3 - 4 weeks to manufacture, schedule delivery, and confirm that everything is correct before we are able to promise your installation date.

With larger Design Build projects, there is usually a minimum of 8 weeks between the Design Development phase and the start of the project while selections are being made, permits are being approved and issued, and schedules are confirmed.

The duration of the project is completely dependant on the scope of the project.   Once we start your project, we are very committed to completing your project to make the experience a good one for you.  From time to time, it may be necessary to leave due to unforeseen circumstances; however our goal is to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and return to complete your project.  Some average approximate project timeframes are as follows:  Siding installation on a 2 story home - two weeks; Replacement of 10 windows - 5 days; Kitchen renovation - four - six weeks; Sunroom construction - three - four weeks.
